Foyr, the US-based interior design software company, has rolled out its AI Hub within the Foyr Neo platform, offering generative AI tools for interior design and home remodeling professionals. 

The latest upgrade lets designers instantly convert images into 3D models, use AI-assisted rendering enhancements, and restyle existing visuals through prompts or preset aesthetics. The move is designed to streamline concept-to-completion processes, particularly in commercial and residential fit out projects where time and client customisation drive profitability.

Co-founder Vikas Kaushal said the innovation meets the growing demand for personalisation. Clients expect precise digital visualisations of inspirations drawn from online platforms, and the AI Hub allows professionals to generate those tailored spaces with remarkable accuracy and efficiency.

Before this development, many design tools depended on static asset libraries that limited flexibility. Foyr’s AI Hub overcomes this by letting users create new design elements on demand, minimising manual modelling and enabling faster client turnarounds.

Early adopters report that the tool has already generated over 10,000 AI-created 3D models, cutting design time from hours to minutes. This improved agility not only boosts engagement during client presentations but also positions fit out firms to handle higher project volumes with the same resources.

Foyr said this launch marks the start of a wider innovation roadmap, with agentic AI workflows planned within six months to automate more stages of the design cycle. The AI Hub is now available to all Foyr Neo subscribers, and new users can access a free 14-day trial through the company’s website.
